Having made an appointment for my husband and I to write our wills we both made specific arrangements to be there together for our appointment (not easy when we both work full time mon-fri) only to be told the solicitor was not there and our appointment had been crossed out in the diary.Needless to say we will not be using these solicitors, their organisation and customer service is very poor and I would not trust them to do a good job.
