I've worked in estate agency in the past and dealt with lots of solicitors. I can honestly say that Victoria is, by a country mile, the best conveyancing solicitor I've ever worked with. She has recently dealt with my own sale and purchase and it has been the smoothest transaction ever. She is incredibly organised, a great communicator and brilliant at her job. I always recommend her to friends and family members and would never use anyone else when it comes to selling or buying a property.

Used this solicitors for our first house move. Victoria was absolutely amazing from start to finish, and really took all of the stress out of the situation. The solicitor for the other side were not particularly communicative but she really took it all in her stride. We are located in the Cambridge area but the communication was so good with Hallam solicitors that it felt that they were just up the road! We would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for a solicitor and will be using them again.
