Fantastic customer support, had an issue with my car and was told by another garage I needed 4 new valves as they were leaking (not cheap on an ST). Instead they investigated further and fixed the problem without any new valves being required saving me 100,s of pounds. To top it off I was also told that if the issue popped up again within the next 3 months and there was no option but to replace the valves then they would carry out the work at half price for the labour. One happy customer.

Typical large garage , unless you're spending thousands on a new car, you're a small unimportant fish in their big shiney pond. Individual reception staff are lovely tho.They lost something from my car whilst it was in for an unnecessarily expensive service, denied this, said they'd ring back and didn't, twice.
