Michelle and the team planned and installed a fantastic kitchen for us, which transformed the house. Their advice at the planning stage was extremely helpful and they are really friendly; nothing was too much trouble. They took care of removing the old kitchen, covered all aspects of electrics, plumbing, plastering and tiling - even the skip to take away the rubbish. Michelle was in constsnt contact thought the fitting to ensure that we were satisfied with it. I would highly recommend YPS and will use them when I change my bathroom.
A year on from installation and we still love our kitchen! From the start when Michelle first visited and designed our dream kitchen, listening to my long wish list, managing to find room for all of them and then suggesting extra bits that Id not even thought out! My messages of panic when second guessing myself, but was all worth it! The workmen that undertook the work, including a wall coming down to create the family space we wanted, were polite, hardworking and always left it tidy at the end of each day. They took care and attention to detail leaving us with the finished product we love. Couldnt recommend YPS enough.
My experience at YPS was excellent. We replaced our main bathroom and en-suite and throughout the process from initial friendly discussion of our ideas with Michelle through to installations with the workaholic Fran, we could not have asked for more. The customer service was the aspect that stood out. Michelle must have gone through 10s of versions of our plans to incorporate our ever changing thoughts, turning these around in no time and also when we noticed an unfortunate scratch on the bath after installation, Michelle and Sam did everything in their power to get this replaced in a timely manner without any questions (even responding to my emails over Christmas). Changing our bathrooms was a big decision for us and we are pleased to have chosen this great local business.
We have recently had a new bathroom installed by this company. we are very pleased with the result and the way in which it was completed. the work was carried out efficiently and according to our specifications.
