Terrible service, over 5 weeks and no delivery, false promises and information and advised today bed not even built yet although last week it was with their dispatch team. Shocking delivery on mattresses as well it took 2 days to sort that issue out. Personally I feel this is a company operating beyond its capacity or skill expertise.
The service these guys provide is excellent. The bed arrived well wrapped and was exactly as described in their advert. Unusually I got a call from them the day after delivery asking if everything was okay, which was nice. I'd definitely recommend Bed Guru... great!
