I've Just bought a Rega turntable from DNA was really impressed by the whole experience.I had a great time listening to records and trying out the turntables in the comfortable listening room. Alistair and Darren are friendly and down to earth. They know their products inside out but aren't pushy and salesman like and give you time to make up your own mind. I'll definitely be going back to upgrade my system in future.
We've bought a beautiful pair of Focal speakers from DNA Audio. Credit to Darren for advising us with great knowledge and expertise, and then coming to our house to set them up professionally. What a great experience. Alistair and Darren where not only welcoming and patient but very knowledgeable. Their brand new premises tick all the boxes; centrally located in a lovely town, on site parking, modern (3) demo rooms and our favourite brands. We spent about 3 hours listening to our favourite tracks and never felt pressured or even 'steered' into X brand or price point. We'll be speaking soon to arrange a home demo. Fantastic new shop with a great range of products from different manufacturers to suit a wide range of budgets.The guys are friendly and know their stuff without being overpowering.I'm looking forward to getting back to audition some turntables in the relaxed and comfortable surroundings.
Fantastic place. Darren and Alastair have created a very relaxing and friendly atmosphere full of great kit. I arrived unannounced as I was passing and they both happily welcomed me in and we were soon listening to some of my favourites on some very interesting equipment. There was no pressure to buy and they clearly understand how to create a great experience for a would be customer.5 stars and looking forward to my next visit.
