To date Ive been fortunate to have relatively problem free teeth. Registering with this dentist, I received a new patient assessment and was advised SIX fillings were required. Dubious of the assessment I sought a second opinion from Manor Square Dental, Otley. After a new patient assessment, Manor Square did not suggest a single filling. Im not qualified to say who is right or wrong though on the basis Ive been fortunate with good teeth to date, Im inclined to believe Manor Square Dental. No doubt Otley Dental Centre operate in good faith though such a disparity of opinion is disconcerting to say the least.
Friendly staff who always make you at ease and are great with children.
I Recently had root canal treatment and was quite apprehensive and nervous . However I had a very good recommendation in Simon who was extremely professional, friendly and made me feel relaxed and assured during the procedure. I would highly recommend Simon and the team at Otley .
As a very nervous patient, going to the dentist is something i dread, although my fear of losing my teeth is worse than the fear of actually going to the dentists.I needn't have worried, I was treated with kindness and respect from being greeted by the receptionists through to my appointment with the dentist himself - every thing was explained at every stage of the way and i was made to feel at ease throughout. Can highly recommend this practice, especially if you are as nervous as I was, it will certainly make my future appointments here less daunting.
Professional and friendly staff all round.There is a welcoming feeling when entering Otley Dental Center, the attentive reception staff and colourful dcor almost make it a pleasure visiting the dentist. They are ideally situated in Otley for me and I would recommend them.
