Only called in for rechargeable batteries. Assistant very helpful. Service brilliant, although store was quiet whilst we were in.
Clean, efficient system nowadays, and fairly friendly. Has a card payment pedestal so you don't need to queue, and an electronic ticket display so you don't have to fight your way to the pickup point. Generally seems to have a good level of stock and reasonable opening hours. Not sure if it has a loading area for heavy items.
