Fab stop when on a long walk. Extensive menu for snacks and meals. Great food and service.
My first visit here and wasn't disappointed being a meat eater myself all the food here vegetarian and very tasty.. The staff must have a mention too made my night attentive and enjoyable
Really disappointing after such high hopes. Me and my partner went a couple of evenings ago. We were seated and it was a full 20 minutes later that we were asked for our drinks order!Despite the drink I wanted been on the menu, it wasn't available. I ordered a starter of smashed black beans and potato wedges. When it arrived, it had some black beans, but was full of kidney beans, which I really don't like. Despite leaving most of it, I wasn't asked if it was ok.I had ordered a salad for main course, it was listed as a main course, was pretty much the same price and I did check that it was a main course. I was later told they had run out of one of the key ingredients (cucumber) and was asked if I wanted a replacement of olives, which I did. When it arrived it was just a plate of rocket, with about 2 radishes, so finely sliced it was incredible, quite a few olives and some tomato. It was anything but a main course.The pudding I had was brilliant.Service was really poor.The place has a great atmosphere and what looks like a good menu. I won't be returning, but I am sure other people will like the place.
Absolutely banging vegan good, probably the best around here, staff were friendly and didn't bother us over and over like other places do.The place is super nice and quaint, in the middle of nowhere. Proper quirky little Yorkshire location!
Good selection of cakes, and a decent menu for such an isolated place...The fact that it's so isolated makes it a good place for survival in the event of a zombie apocalypse!Teacakes and jam = win.
